Just enlarged the wheels slightly, and adjusted the carshape a bit. No screenshots as yet but I'm sure you can all use your imaginations!

Reminisant of the Alfa, but not as good. Yet still class!

I've got 3 different installs of GP2 right now! - GPRL, F1 and whatever I feel. Which is atm in this form!

In a time of global financial crisis... cheap motorsport is the key!! GPRL resumes in 2009!

Well let's face it, the Alfa is a beautiful car! The real life one that is. Anything else in the WTCC pales into insignificance. I just hope i can get the cars looking vaguely like they're supposed to.

So far all of these cars look really good. There's bound to be some inaccuracies because the shape is a general one. In real life, the silhouette of every car is a bit different. The challenge is to come close to reality. And from what I've seen, you're doing promising work in that area. :)

The wheels look better now, seems you made the shape a bit higher. I think this is also a nice car (and work).

Thanks everyone. Yeah FK, I decided to draw my own wheels (I copied them from photos before) so it's a bit easier to shrink them to fit the car. And you're right, I did change the shape a bit, just raised everything about ten pixels.

Now I'm tackling Peugeot Denmark's 407, and it's much harder than either the Alfa or the Chevy! It may take some time...

Wow, great car that Chevy!
I'm keeping in mind that the shape is really difficult to work with.
(The rear shot shows that very well.)

Dan, you'll get there buddy. Just be patient.

Thanks DJS and HF. The Peugeot is actually coming on surprisingly well, the front end is already finished and I'm just about to start work on the wheels. All this for a car that only entered two races...

Sure Chico. Strictly it's DJS's carshape but me and V12-Power have edited it slightly. I'll have to send it another time though as I'm snowed under at work lately, haven't even had time to work on the carset for about a week.

Just a quick update...

Work has slowed down on the carset lately, had a lot of things going on in my life over the past month or so (mainly relationship and mental health problems) but here's what's done so far:
Works Alfa Romeo 156
DB/Antonelli Alfa Romeo 156
Peugeot Denmark Peugeot 407
JAS Honda Accord
BMW Team UK BMW 320
RML Chevrolet Lacetti
Plus the driver and car performances.

So, a lot still to do but hopefully work will speed up a bit. Hoping for a completion date sometime in August.
