After last year`s tough season the team is very happy to have 2 experienced and fast drivers. The main goal still remains being in the race as often as possible due this could be a deciding season.
Simtek:
The pre-season tests where quite promising and the car is much better than last year`s car, but the other teams also made their progress. The staff contains most of the people of the desastrous 91er season and the team works great together. The team is very happy to have Eric as their number 1 and is curious how David Brabham will perform. The goals for this season is to have both cars in the race, being able to run in the midfield and score more points than last year.

- From this season a new Qualification-Mode takes place. In the new "Saturday Morning Qualifying" the Teams on the last Positions (13-17) of the actual Championship Table will try to Qualify for the Main Qualifying and Race. 10 Drivers - The two fastest join Main Quali and Race. For this Grand Prix Arrows, Jordan, Fondmetal, Lotus and the brand new Sauber-Team have to do this Session
- Ligier will drive with the Old Car until AAS makes his decisions

Benetton is happy that they are at the pace. "It seems we have one of the fastest cars in the grid! Too bad Michael Schumacher had a problem when laping de Cesaris. The backmarkers should use their mirrors better!". For the further season the team expects some victories.
Scuderia Italia is very disapointed about the (once again) lacking speed of their car. If this season will continue like last year's one it's likely that the owner will pull the cable at the end of 1993.

Simtek:
The team is happy with the pace of the car and of van de Poele. The DNFs where unlucky and hopefully the results will come to avoid the pre-quali.

Like we said before, There is a big future coming for both of our youngsters.
After a nice second place in USA, a victory for Damon in Argentina.
Mika did also a good job in buennos airres. We are proud of our young drivers.
