My First Try to Modding GP2!
My First Try to Modding GP2!
Ok guys I have a new idea its very VERY big idea I will start to make my first CARSET for GP2 I will use original GP2 shapes and textures because I will make fictional one.For the moment only with updated textures.
Good thing is-I know how to work with the car editor a bit so later I will start to make shapes for my carset.
EDITED:
Now the question is What is the quality of my work so far

Re: My First Try to Modding GP2!
Everybody has to start somewhere, the more carsets we have the better.
Maybe you should first start with one car and see how it works. Make your personal team, use some textures of current carsets (get the permission first of course) and see how it works out.
Good luck

Re: My First Try to Modding GP2!
I don't understand what you are planning? A fictional carset based on the cars of the original GP2-carset from 1994?
Why don't create one personal car (like MäxX propesed) and enter it in the GP2 Fans carset 2010?

Re: My First Try to Modding GP2!
Tutorial Thread is created
Hmm, I have the same problem, I would say: Paint again with this one: GP2edit just converted your car into 256 colors and this means: Paint over it! I made the same with my unpublished carset and it works!RacerBG wrote:Why I have this color
Re: My First Try to Modding GP2!
You must not change the color palette, it seems that your bmp has more than 256 colors
