Wow Dan, that's looking very promising.... 8)
I know it's a lot of work getting it right, a lot of in-game testing, fine tuning etc.

Thanks DJS.

Yeah you're right, it's a hell of a lot of work, finding out what proportions to draw things in so they look right in the game, fine-tuning, testing... it took me about two hours just to draw that bit! Bearing in mind it took me about four hours to draw the whole Williams FW29 it might be a while before this Alfa is finished...

Wow, that looks very promising!! When time comes you'll get more into it and things go faster. But for special liveries you still have to do a lot of ingame-testing. I have to say again, the screenshot looks pretty good!

Awesome! Is there any chance for a complete carset?

Thanks FK and Petrus. The main problem I find with this kind of car is that you don't have many pixels to play with in some areas of the car, such as the roof, bonnet (hood) and the tail. I guess you found that out when you did your carsets FK!

I'll be honest, the reason why the pics are all quite small is because up close the car looks terrible!

After looking at the pictures for five minutes now I have to say, that the car is really amazing! Very good job, it can't be done better for GP2 I think. And tbh, who cares about the close ups? In the game you see the rear of the other cars most of the time and the rears really work out in GP2, they always look quite characteristic and good.

I have to say that I was upset once, too, that some details on my cars didn't look that nice, but I learned to live with it. ;-) In the end it's about having a nice set, which makes it fun to play GP2. Nobody will care about 2 or 3 things that couldn't be done 100% accurate. So keep on the great work!

Thanks chaps. It's nice to have encouraging feedback! If there's anything that you can think of to improve it then let me know.

Dan, that Alfa is looking really good. 8)

But maybe the tyres are a bit small or the roof is too high.
Any suggestions?

i agree about the tyres David, they do look a little small. I think maybe the flanks of the car could be raised a bit, to make a bit more room for the wheels. I'm working on that at the moment.

I tried for years to create carshapes that look good for classic F1 seasons (50's, 60's) and for touring/sports car...always useless... Now you guys come with these great works.

Really really fantastic!
