Moving instruments in the cocpkits' pcx.

Post by nimrod111 »

Is there a way to change to position of the instruments in the cockpit PCX file?. I'm especially talking about the ones marked by the red arrows. They steal a lot of useful space!

I think this is not a new problem, but for me IT IS a problem  . I have seen some older cockpits: in some of them the figures are changed, but I don't know how the authors did it. :-k Must be said that I don't have an english/american GP2 (I'm not able to find it!), so I cannot use the LCD tool :(

Any suggestion would be appreciate.

The old No CD Rom Patch makes your GP2 Version english, maybe this helps with LCD-Tool ;)

I use GP2Edit for LED placement though. AFAIK it`s not possible to rearrange the LEDs in the pcx

I have some problems with it.
I changed the cockpit layout of RacerBG's carset cause on mine they were placed like the default Cockpit layout.

And now some LCD's are on thier wrong position, but in the editor they are on thier correct place. Can it be possible that the editor only supports the US Version correct? I'm using the german GP2 Version..

Look at the picture, that's my problem.

Doesn't work with with the german exe.
The old No CD Rom Patch turns the game automatically to english version.
