refresher course on unziping files? anyone...

I am returning to gp2 after a 10 year absence and I can't for the life of me remember how to unzip files for updating tracks etc. If anyone has the patience to run me through it step by step I would be enormously grateful.

Hi! First download and install WinRAR. Then right-click on the zip-file and choose "Extract to xyz" (xyz = name of the zip-file), and the data will be unpacked into the folder xyz.
