I don't play Gp2 anymore, for a long time now.
So I haven't experienced it, but from watching the video on grandprix2.de I can see it's a great track, beautifully created by the authors. =D>

I wonder if anyone takes requests, if an update of Darlington (from the IRL 1996 track pack) might be in the cards, or if anyone would do the Grenzlandring (see GPL) or Wegberg, which is, in some ways, a larger flat road course in the shape of an egg, while Darlington is an egg shaped oval (as is Motegi and Gateway).

Just a thought from a newbie, with no programming skills at all!

I'd love someone to start basic work on the Abu Dhabi circuit, maybe the Valencia street circuit, Bucharest and Marrakesh when they're available, and the new "Argentinian Bathurst". Sounds like a neat challenge!

I know AAS is already working on the Valencia street circuit, he showed a screenshot of the bridge once. I would have liked to post a link to that thread, but right know I can't find it.

Hi guys :)

New here :), and just thinking if there were any newer versions of Suzuka 99 and Monza 04 available on this site?
Furthermore I can see the Le Mans 69 available,- are there any plans of doing a newer updated wersion (as in GP3 from Cervini)...??? Could be a very fine match to the wonderful 2008 Le Mans carset... :)

Thanks for responding... :) I have checked the jams for the Monza08 and I think it is older adverts (Campari, Marlboro etc) in the zip file.
2008 I remember the Santander, Martini and Allianz adverts so maybe It's just a matter of changing the advert jams...

Kind regards

(Any plans of 24h Le Mans track in reduced layout??) :)

hello.

i´m happy that so many people making circuits for gp2.

if someone needs an idea for a track to make. i propose portimao, dubai, zhuhai. or the actual bus stop chicane at spa.

badly i haven´t enough time, know and patience to make it by myself :(

I also think Portimao would be a nice addition. It seems that this circuit should be much fun to drive. Many fast corners and nice differences in heigt. Maybe it would be even possible to create a sky with a sunset, as it was really great to see the LMS cars race into the night. And btw, I'm glad to see a new circuit again, that was not designed by H. Tilke!!

I think the new F1-Track in France is also an Non-Tilke Track, and it seems it will have something like the corkescrew corner in Laguna Seca. :D

Another fantasy track - Netrex Park
Image
I play GP2 on a old PC with win98 - track works good.
On the new system the track works good in a virtual PC (Microsoft Virtual PC 2007) and with XP/vdmsound.
But with dosbox, the track works not really good with full FPS and details.

Do we need "light versions" of some tracks? (lower view distances etc.)
