we used to start this thread earlier.. is there any possibilyty of creating a 2020 carset? if anyone interested i can help in making the values.. taken into account the winter testings

I think eky78 has already started with the 2020 carset he mentioned in an earlier topic. But he needs the 2020 carset from gp3 so we probably have to be patient

Actually the GP3 carset is already available...but I haven´t started working on it yet... because I also need to see how the cars look on tv (and I wasn´t sure the season would have started).

I´m keeping me in exercise with some other carsets, but I´m not sure I´ll finish them...in any case in the next weeks I´ll start working on the 2020 carset.

Well to be honest the AlphaTauri won´t be much better than what you see in the photo...there is a whole area in our current GP2 carshape that has disappeared in current F1 cars, the area around the engine at each side of the car. It´s not a big issue for most of the cars, but it is for Alpha Tauri (and Racing Point as well).
Since I have no idea on how to change the carshape, I had to adapt the livery to our current shape. Even the GP3 version has the same problem, so for the Alpha Tauri I just copied what Orloff made for GP3. Maybe in the photo it looks bad, but I don´t think it´s so terrible when you see it in the game. While for the Racing Point I´m trying to do something different from what Orloff made, but it takes time and more skills...

I'm just grateful that you are willing to make these carsets. And they look great.
I only know basic stuff in order to change the carshape but I wonder if it's possible to make a proper 2020 one with those very slim sidepods.

I had another look at the AlphaTauri and changed the position of the logo. I thought it would have been too small, but in the end maybe i was wrong and it doesn´t look that bad, isn´t it?
Obviously it can´t be like the original for the problem mentioned above.

About the carset, I still need to finish the Williams, adjust some parts of the Mercedes and do a couple of small improvements in other cars, so I hope can finish it before Spa or at least between the next two races
