Re: 2019 Track Updates

I've made some ccline updates to Spa to better suit Antonio's excellent layout improvements. It isn't still 100% as I wished but it is better than both my 2015 ccline and the ones from the previous layout with the old chicane.
The updated Monza track was already ready but I didn't post it yet because Antonio wanted to make further graphical enhancements so it matches the graphical quality from Paul Ricard, Silverstone and Spa
I'm very happy with the new Spielberg track but it still needs more objects updated to 2019 and a pitlane fix. Hungaroring also needs a pitlane fix.
This gives us 3 tracks almost complete (tho Hungaroring is not getting a graphical update), then the next three tracks (Mexico City, Suzuka and Interlagos) will require more work and there's still Montreal, which Antonio thinks about updating and Hockenheim which I'm still not sure about what kind of treatment it will get. But I think we've done more than half of the updates we want, so I believe we're gonna pull this off.
When we have all tracks I'm gonna make a package with all magic data, fuel rules, pit strategies, tyre profiles, drive performances updated for 2019 and easy to install. Then I hope to not work on modern F1 tracks anymore, for a few years at least
