Thank you! I try to approche this perfection but it is hard!Antonio Pessoa wrote: ↑26.04.2020, 16:53Thanks, Michael!
I learned a lot seeing your 1984 tracks. There are really above the perfection!
(I learned the "shadow" effect in your Monza 1984, and I edited Monza 2019 and Montréal 2019 with the same kind of effect, but changing the tarmac texture).
Now, to update the 2019 Formula One tracks for GP2, Monza and Montréal are released now!

2019 Track Updates
Re: 2019 Track Updates
Re: 2019 Track Updates
Will these be released on grandprix2.de?
Re: 2019 Track Updates
AAS hasn't responded since December, we have to wait for when he is available to update the site.
Re: 2019 Track Updates
I might do an update of Zandvoort when they will have a race there. Hopefully/Probably in 2021 when COVID-19 is mostly behind us. It won't be anything fancy, just something like my Zolder 2020 and Fuji 2020 update.rremedio wrote: ↑06.05.2020, 04:20An update for Zandvoort is not on my plans at this time. There is already a great version from TdK. You just miss the banking in the corners they changed (but banking doesn't work correctly in GP2 anyway) and the trackside objects that are going to be changed by F1.
TdK - (re)tired GrandPrix 2 manic!

On my side, things have been very slow. We've done all those tracks in a few weeks and I needed a break (and Antonio needed a break too).
Spielberg is very close to be finished. There was no progress with the other tracks except for the very basic layout for Suzuka and some surprising news. Thomas Kost sent us his unfinished Mexico City track and it is a very nice one. I just need to make some ccline adjustments and a little bit of the scenery (the hardest part is already made). I'm very happy about that!

Re: 2019 Track Updates
The red bull ring its already ? Because the other versions have a pit lane bug. Can you help me ?rremedio wrote: ↑04.04.2020, 06:15A quick update: I made small modifications (track widths and height changes) for Antonio's Monza track, then I created a new ccline and I made some texture updates. It looks and drives really nice now. Antonio said he is willing to make a more detailed graphical update to it once he is done with the other tracks he is working on, which is fantastic.
I also made a few changes to the height changes of Antonio's Hungaroring and created a new ccline. Once I make a few fixes, I will make it available. I won't be updating the graphics this time because I really don't care that much about this track and there is so much work to be done until I can finish my 2019 season package, including more tracks to be created and updated.
Next up: Spielberg. I decided I will update it with the GP3 layout with a few changes to the topography and maybe some small improvements to the ccline. I also want to give it the same graphical treatment I gave to Barcelona, Melbourne and Monza. Not a full graphical update like Antonio does, but some good looking scenery textures and up to date ads.
1 - Melbourne - updated
2 - Bahrain - updated
3 - Shanghai - great version already existed
4 - Baku - new base track done
5 - Barcelona - updated
6 - Monaco - I won't be touching this thing lol...there are many versions around, I will choose one of them
7 - Montreal - great version already exists...maybe it needs some updates
8 - Paul Ricard - recent track, Antonio made a great graphical update
9 - Red Bull Ring - needs new layout/ccline and some graphics
10 - Silverstone - recent track, Antonio made a great graphical update
11 - Hockenheim - the track that exists is already very good, I will do only a minor ccline update (maybe there is another version around, I'm waiting for news on this)
12 - Hungaroring - updated ccline, that's enough for me lol waiting pitlane fix
13 - Spa - recent track, and it is even getting some improvements from Antonio
14 - Monza - updated, and maybe getting a graphical update from Antonio
15 - Singapore - a great version already existed
16 - Sochi - new base track done
17 - Suzuka - needs new layout/ccline and some graphics
18 - Mexico City - doesn't exist yet
19 - Austin - recent track
20 - Interlagos - new track wip
21 - Abu Dhabi - a great version already existed
Re: 2019 Track Updates
Not ready yet. There are many graphical updates still and a tricky fix to the pit exit to be made. What kind of pitlane bug are you getting with other versions?
Re: 2019 Track Updates
Re: 2019 Track Updates
But what happens? Is it a graphical bug? Or a bug with the computer cars crashing when trying to enter the pits? Or the game teleporting you back to the track as you enter the pits? Or something else?
Re: 2019 Track Updates
Re: 2019 Track Updates
That can be fixed by moving the track to another slot or using the Slot and Tyre Editor (former Magic Data Editor). It is a problem that can happen with any track when it is loaded in slot that happens to be bad for it.
Re: 2019 Track Updates
I am in mobile, the exagear don't open Slot and tyre editor
