NFSF Season 2000 Cleveland RACE RESULTS!

Post by RacerBG »

Everything is ready you just need to choose a driver thats all. 8)

...The Need For Speed Formula Series World Wide...

NFSF AI League Regulations and more...

I had created finally my NFSF Carset for 2000 season. This will be the first one which will be used for the NFSF AI League Seasons. Like you see its a special one. I had added many more sponsors to the cars and now the Grip Factor is also important in the set.

Question: So how the AI League will be runed and when?

Answer: Like most of you guys know the AI leagues are runned from 1 person (in this case me) and I will be responsible for the races, the results and the future of this league. The races will be runned every Saturday/Sunday (1 race and 1 qual. per day! This will start in October and will continue...

Season rules:

Your main sponsors will be those that are already on the cars so dont worry about that part. For the races I will use the announced schedule of about 15-20 tracks - some of them will NOT be awarded with points. For every new season there will be different tracks and carsets for the races (after completing season 2000 I will made 2001 NFSF season carset and so on).

Rules for the races:

About the technical data this will be used directly from the carset and will depends from the season (weight, speed limits, etc.).
And now comes the most important part - the teams and drivers:

NFSF have 14 teams (the Test team is not used), so total there are 13 teams which are racing with 26 drivers (no spare drivers included).

Every forum member which wants to participate in this league must choose a driver which he will "support" (for example David Petrov). And then the rest is just watching and watching..... As a "supporter" he can give his/her opinion for the team, for his/her team mate or the whole season. In this way we will make the league more real and interesting, because in the end this opinions will take a critical point for the next year NFSF development, drivers, teams and contracts.
Ofcourse I will sort all of this data and info so dont worry about that.

[So the main thing which YOU will do in this league is to CHOOSE 1 DRIVER and WATCH HIM all the season. The other things which are mentioned are not so important.]

NFSF Points System:

1 - 20 pt. 7 - 6 pt.
2 - 15 pt. 8 - 5 pt.
3 - 10 pt. 9 - 4 pt.
4 - 9 pt. 10 - 3 pt.
5 - 8 pt. 11 - 2 pt.
6 - 7 pt. 12 - 1 pt.

No points for fastest laps or any other extras are given!!!

Perfomance Improving System:

Only the first 12 drivers will recieve perfomance improving points which are:
1st - 12 7th - 6
2nd - 11 8th - 5
3rd - 10 9th - 4
4th - 9 10th - 3
5th - 8 11th - 2
6th - 7 12th - 1

This PIP will be given to the race and qualify power of the driver in any race!

Team Improving System:

It depends from the engine manufactor and type of the engine - turbo or non-turbo. The Power and also CFP depends from this. In the end of the season if one or more teams had impressed the manufactors they have got a chance to recieve a better engine (brand new or only perfomance improvment over the old). Also the sponsors and the money are important factor here. Better engine means more MONEY to spend and more sponsors means more MONEY to earn!!!

Money Earning per season:

In the end of the season the teams will recieve their new amount of money which depends from the points earned, qualify first places ,race wins and 2nd/3rd place in the races.
Here are the prizes: 1 point is 10 000 $, 1 win is 100 000 $, 1 Pole Position is 100 000 $, 2nd place in race is 50 000 $ and 3rd place is 25 000 $.
In the end of the seasons each team will earn a TV rights money amount - 500 000 $.
A completed achievment for a team will earn a 1 000 000 $ in the end of the season!
The team which had achieved a first place in the constructors will earn 5 000 000 $, or in the drivers championship the prize is also 5 000 000 $ - if the both are achieved then the prize is 10 000 000 $.
For a new sponsor the teams will recieve a 2 000 000 $ bonus.
!!!The team moneys will be in "-" balance only when the team improves (buy) his engine or buy a new pilot.!!!

EDIT: Oh, what about the sponsor list?
In the end of the season I will write one with about 50 free (non-contracted) sponsors which want to join in NFSF, and they will have interest in some teams and in some not - it depends from the race perfomance.

BTW can you give me a download link for this track :?:

1.Can you edit vids? If you can, the races could be 100% of the distance. And with a video editing software you can easily put all the small clips you captured with Fraps together in one video. So it contains not the whole race, but the most important situations of the race and other stuff what was happened. And at the end of the video, the results appear, after that the drivers' standings, then the constructors' standings and finally the ending. (Something like 'Next race: France 15th September' and/or 'Thanks for watching!')

2.The names of the drivers sounds strange for me. :| But I think I'll send you a list of names for the drivers and these sounds better.

BTW, more requests and my driver soon!

I can make a 100% races but this will be hard for me for now Im using only Fraps and VirtualDub. The names welll in the time there will be new drivers and their names can be maded from you if you want

And this more requests what exactly you mean, thanks :?:

Antoher request:

How about pay drivers in the game? Pay drivers aren't as good and talented as top drivers like David Petrov, but they bring you money and sponsors. IMO that's a good idea how to make the game more realistic. :D
