Android MagicDosBox
Is there any way to put mods through the MagicDosBox Android app? luckily I found out how to play GP2 on Android and I have no idea how to apply the mods

I play GP2 original game on Android too, through Magic Dosbox.
I've been thinking about this too. I'm thinking the best option is to mod the original game to your choice year on your PC. Look at tutorials on how to mod the original game before too.
Check if the mod works on your PC then copy the file to your mobile phone in whatever way you can. Maybe rename the file to identify the year, so for example GP291 or GP299.
Once file is in your phone then point magic Dosbox' (like you did with original game) to your new mod file.
I've not tried this myself yet so don't know if this will work. But worth a try and I'm going to try it myself at some point
