Not sure if you know, but there was a time, when F1 was much more amateur than now, in which the world championship wasn't the only championship of F1 taking place.
There was the British F1 Championship, the South African F1 Championship, the Tasman Series, the AF1 (Australian F1) and even the Soviet F1 Championship.

So, being this a not so remembered era, i decided to took a mix of cars and drivers of the British F1 Championship during all the years it existed.
No cars with the original liveries of the championship exist as far as I know, so I used individual cars which were the ones used by the original teams in F1WC, but, changed the team names to the ones in the British F1 Championship.
Given that some drivers, such as Emilio de Villota participated in some World Championship races, in those cases I used the cars and teams they used in those races, for example, Emilio de Villota, in my carset, drives for the Banco Occidental-Williams Ford team.
I did not found cars of some of the constructors in the championships, such as March, so I used the cars more similar in name (in that case, Matra).
All the drivers which drove an Ensign use the same car.
The teams which used Williams cars do have different Williams liveries.
I recommend to use this carset with a full-British circuit list, maybe with two or three GP's away from Britain, in my case, I used Zandvoort (in which the BF1 raced) Lausitzring (the oval in eastern Germany) and I think some American oval).
I recommend to use the 1980-81 carshape or the F5000 one.

Looks promising. Although knowing that there are many British F1 races on youtube and even some photos avalaible in the internet I think some of liveries are quite possible to recreate. For example Team Agostini, which I did (sort of) for my private usage. Definitely recreating all liveries would be pretty hard, but I think, that some of them are some possibilities to improve this carset

Hello, do not forget the Argentine F1. Also called Argentine Mechanical Formula 1 (F1MA).
In general they were six-cylinder in-line engines, but there were also Chrisler v8 engines.
Except for the F2 Cooper chassis, the other chassis were self-built. The most recognized brand was Berta. Company that still exists today competing and preparing engines for touring cars. In the 70s Berta managed to build a car for the international F1, but she did not get to register it and ran two races for the North American F5000 without good results.

In F1 Challenge 99-02 (the version with all seasons of Valpaso75, which you maybe know) Berta appears more than one time. Could it be that it participated in the South American GP's of the World championship, or at least they were in the entry lists of some of them? Hello, I would love to. After racing in the US F5000, Oreste Berta attempted to race in the 1975 Argentina and Brazil races, but failed to qualify. He was registered but did not qualify to run.
