Wet weather races / lack of grip

Post by jakesanson »

Hi guys,

I'm running some AI races for our league, and I'd like to know what I can do to make the circuit appear to be wet and to reduce the grip of cars, making them spin off more frequently.

Can anybody assist me?

There are some wet weather version around, I think all can be done in TrackEditor

The CC-Car-mistake-probability can be changed along with other stuff with Roberto`s Magic Data editor, if I recall correctly

The Bellini-Set -> http://www.grandprix2.de/belini99/belini99.html has some, some can be also directly found on the trackpage of grandprix2.de -> example: Austria: http://grandprix2.de/Strecke2/tracks_Austria.htm

Does anybody know what I need to change within a GP2Edit file to encourage more cars to spin off? Crash out?

Hello Jake,

You need rremedio's slot&tyre editor. With this utility you can raise the "cc mistake rate", wich will make cc cars spin and crash more often.
Here's the link.

Good luck!
