GP2 Art

Post by V12-Power »

Hi! What do you think about something like an art-gallery for GP2? We could edit screenshots with programs like Paint Shop and then post them here. I'll give you a brief example, it's very a very simple one. Just took a screenshot from Andreas and modified it a little bit.

Nice idea to try something like this. I'm not a pro at editing, but it's fun. :)

The first one is really good, it gives you the feeling of speed. Nice work there, AD. ;)

I like the first one very much, too. Like Klon said, it shows the speed! Very dynamic!

The second one is a nice shot, it looks cool with the S-road.

I also tried something dynamic:

Something between 10 and 15 minutes. Not very much. :)

Looks good! This red remembers me on the one Ferrari used since Monaco! Would be interesting to see this effect with some 60's or 70's cars. I think that would fit well, too!

After I created those screenshots you can see in my signature I wanted to try this kind of presentation also with a sportscar.

The small version looks of course a bit smoother. If you would see this in a different place (than the GP2 forum), your first thought would probably not be that it has to do something with GP2...

How do you make such great shots? I think you dont use careditor for it?

That you use Photoshop or something similar for the special effects is clear

Just look into the sportscar 1992 thread, it's exactly the screenshot I posted there. ;-) So I just make a normal screenshot, delete the background and add a new one.
