GP2Edit crisis!

Trying to download GP2Edit as part of my return to this glorious game, but its not working!
Help!

What is not working? Your PC?
Mine GPEd32 folder is placed in C only and I have Win 7 32 bit. Everything is OK and no further adjusments had been maded.

It doesn't allow me to correctly download it. Does my laptop need to be configured for it?

What's the error you get? What's your browser?

Here is the original installer plus the new already installed addition for Windows 7/8 if you have install problems.
