I was going to ask the same thing here at the end of the season....

He talked to me some days ago and said progress is going on. A bit slower right now becouse he's been too busy, but still going. He started the project very late, so it's normal to take a while before it's finished.

I Just know I got one from Indycar hahahha, Zé Henrique is with some personal problems, should again handle the carset soon.
The Indy it was a request inclusive.

Due out in December the mine.

I've done several skins for rfactor, F1 and Indycar 2012. I would like make GP2 carset. Anyone have a psd template of car bitmap with modern lines and shadows? If exist please send me to davidprieto@hotmail.es

You can use the .bmp file from GP2Edit. Man, this is not rFactor or any modern simulator.

Yes, he is right...the template is always the same and you can find it as a .bmp in Gp2Edit...
Than you have a different program (Gp2 Carshape) to change the shape of the cars (here there are a lot of shapes from F1, Indy, Touring Cars, Le Mans Prototypes..)

You can edit bitmaps from former carsets and use them as a base for your work. Unfortunately, GP2 carset makers usually don't release templates.

Here are some templates I use for my fantasy carset and other projects. I just paint a blank GP2 bitmap (with colors and ads), then I open the template in Photoshop, add a layer on top of it, paste the new livery, multiply and merge, then I copy and paste back in MSPaint. Because of GP2 limited pallete, you'd better use and old version of MsPaint (WinXP or older) and always paste your finished work in a bitmap created with GP2Edit.

For real templates, all I know are those GP2 Touring Car paint.net templates.

Hi all!

After a long time, finally appear to give news.
Last October, I discovered a testicular cancer and had to undergo surgery to remove this, and now I'm going through chemotherapy sessions to make sure that the disease does not come back.

So I had to take a break in making the carset 2012 but am now gradually resuming activities. I took the launches of cars in 2013 to collect photos, and like most had little or no change layout, will also start preparing carset 2013.

I wonder if anyone is interested in giving me a hand, to see if I can give vent to services.
