I wasn't able to find a solution in the opened topics, so I have to open a new one.

I cannot understand why in my carsets number are not displayed properly.

Example: when I want to do a training session, the number never appear .
During race, some cars don't display them.. but if I make a "scrolling" view of all 26 cars in external view, numbers re-appear.
During qualifyng, some cars have not numbers...and the trick I described here above doesn't work.

The only other carset that I have which has all 28 drivers is the 1989 cs by Dempsey Warren...It has still the old number layout (not like the fan carset) and it works!

Another detail: normally I do not paint numbers in the car ( I noticed that other people do it, but I never understood why)...only in the "squares". Is this the fact that could make the difference?

Your problem is very strange because I like you paint my numbers in the squares and I havent got problems

Yes, the problem is that you don't paint numbers in the car. When there's only the car 1 from a team on track, the game will use the number painted on the car. If there's only car 2, or both cars are there, the game you get the car numbers from their configured positions in the bitmap.
