Car editor problem

Discovered a problem with the car shape editor, sometimes when I'm using it I'll get this message:

"Get DIBits error"

Then the program shuts down and I lose all my work.
I'm sure it's something simple, any ideas?

No idea.

Car editor is very unstable on my pc.
