Belini 1999 on win7

I am sorry for creating a new thread but has anyone been able to install the belini 1999 mod on gp2 using win 7. I keep getting the problem because it was coded for older pcs to run with dos. I have tried running the separate .exe that it needs to execute by themselves using dosbox but it keeps coming up with errors saying it cannot install. Also just on a side note has anyone know of different mods for different years. thanks guys
