Track Map editor

I am desperately trying to put a Melbourne trackmap into GP2! I have sussessfully installed the circuit.
I have downloaded every editor I can find on the net but for some reason there is always an error to prevent me from using them - despite my going through every procedure that claims they can work - I have tried Fragata,WhinhipPropic and any other i can find - and each one will simply not work!
Could some kind person point me in the right direction to a working editor that can do what i want?
I have windows 7 !

Hello senna123 and welcome!

you should try Gp2Hipic and run it with Dosbox.
I have Win7 and Dosbox and it works perfectly well here...
