Does anyone still think for carset manager?

I had seen an older post by one user here for a carset manager. This is very good idea but does anyone still works on this or its interested

If anyone here is a programmer will be nice.

Maybe we can make some kind of extension to GP2edit just to switch the carsets or........

Yes like CSM but I dont think that some programmer will do it for us beause maybe he will be more interested in newer games than GP2
