gp2 lap with ipx link

Hi when i want to run gp2lap with ipxlink i always have this message:
IPX: can't find IPX driver
What should i have to do?
I have win 98 with virtual pc
and i also try with win 7 with dosbox0.74 but same problem

I guess there's a way to enable the IPX protocol (disabled by default) in the control panel (Network Connections), I don't remember how. I only could make GP2Lap find a IPX driver when using Hamachi, but it didn't find the other player.
