Re: JAM error in TrackEditor
Hm, for me it never worked as far as I know. I always open jam-files with a jam-editor. The pathes are realtive to the track, it always targets the gamejams-folder, where GP2 is. At least all the tracks work ingame, so that should be no issue. Maybe there are some constraints with folder-names, so i...

Re: New tracks : Michael82
Yes, thanks for fast including the "friendlier" horizon. I really like that version and will happily use it for the classic ready to race seasons I already have and most likely also for the 2nd season of my personal carset, where I only include the circuits or versions of them I like most. It is gre...

Re: New tracks : Michael82
It works very good in my virtual Win XP and dfend-reloaded :D from time to time I copy the whole GP2 folder to a native WinXP machine, where GP2 runs naturally and it surely will work. I did some laps and it is a fun to drive, awesome job as usual. Thanks, for that, really serious quality. Even the ...

Re: Magic Data and GP2 Physics
Yes, that`s true. Hm, I always did it the other way round. Tweaking the carset to be challenging with grip "0" and best cars bhps, when driving for the weakest team I use grip factor 198 besides the lower bhp for a little bit more realism. For me the higher grip values led to slower corner speeds, d...

Re: New tracks : Michael82
You`re welcome and it looks fantastic. There are worlds between vanilla version and yours, will be interesting if you manage to get dosbox into trouble with that one

Re: TdK Gp2 Stuff (WIP and bits)
I don`t want to sound greedy, but I would love to see the one-off-liveries of McLaren (Gulf livery in Monaco) and Red Bull (the white Honda livery in Tukrey) as well :D That would make great liveries for the filling teams and round up that great carset :D Still fascinating, how the cars look ingame ...

Re: Formula E 2014-15 mod [UPDATED]
Thanks, too bad we don`t have the fitting tracks. But luckily there are enough "smaller" tracks, where the lower BHP don`t hurt that much

Re: Magic Data and GP2 Physics
changing subject a bit... is there any easy way to adjust the magic data, or something so that the cars (human driver and CCs) will be slightly slower in the corners? I like to simulate older seasons, and say for example turn-1 in brazil. In the game the CC's typically hit the apex here at 80mph, l...

Re: TdK Gp2 Stuff (WIP and bits)
Thank you very much
Yes, there might be minor adaptions to the grip settings necessary after the last two races, but great to have it at current state of work Great carset like always

Re: Speedway setup
I can share one for the Indy500 Track by Hernan Viglione and Antonio Pessoa. Setup ist for 780/790 bhp, you might want to adapt the gear ratios for other bhp-settings, so I mention why I did what I did with the ratios: With the standard bhp-settings and this track using slot 3 I get speeds of around...
