Do you use Windows 10? I had the same problem when tried to edit bitmaps from tracks' JAM files. I got the solution using an old Windows XP machine and its MS Paint there. However, when I tried online paint, or other editors, I got no solution, and when I imported those BMP to my JAM files, it shows...

Realizing the opinions expressed here, and after a test on Las Vegas Caesars Palace 1981-82 track, I think any improvement of cc-cars pace it's a matter of a new cc-line someday, maybe.
