I´m not sure but I think with Ale's Pit&Lap Editor you can´t change the number of laps. For that you need to change the datas with GP2Edit (Edit---> Number of Laps) or like you said use the Track Editor. You only need to go to the team Riley&Scott and replace the name Rodriguez with Radigue...

I think I´ve noticed that at the start the game loads the main painting for the first car of each team and only when you view the second driver of that team it loads the part associated to the number for each car of the team. At least that´s what I remember noticing in the past. We don´t see it ofte...
