Car Failure Editor
Hi Guys I am looking to set myself a few challenges in GP2 involving finishing races with failures etc. Is there a failure editor for gp2 like there is for gp3? or is there another way i can edit it in notepad or something so i can script certain failures for certain laps? I have looked around a cou...

Re: Sharing complete MODs
Hi,
If these are still available, I would be interested in the mods from 1991 onwards
Thanks so much. Still getting great enjoyment from gp2

Re: New to GP2 - help with USB wheel and pedals
Never mind the above post. I figured out the control calibration driven box fixed the problem. After trying it for a while I've noticed the steering is really, really sensitive and the car tends to wander around the track with very little or no steering input. Does anyone know how to solve this? Th...

Re: New to GP2 - help with USB wheel and pedals
Hi guys I am wondering if you guys can help me out setting up my g27 wheel. For some strange reason GP2 can now pick up all four inputs with your settings, but when calibrating gp2 will not allow me to separate controller b axis. To be clearer I have these setting on DOSBox, Wheel on Axis1/2: X, and...

Fictitious 1994 Season
Hi guys, I am constructing my own alternate universe 1994 carset. I have taken certain liberties with the truth including rumours around the early 90's also and putting my own spin on history. I have created the performance of each driver for the season. I have made it a little more competitive than...

Re: Experience with thrustmaster ts pc racer or certain fanatec wheel/paddle combinations?
Hi Rob, I've been scouring the internet for some advice of getting the G920 setup in GP2! My x axis works (joy1), but the y axis (joy2) is at the bottom, acceleration and throttle don't budge the dot and only brake works. Would you mind sharing your dosbox config? Thanks John I have a quite similar...

Re: Perfect Grand Prix Track Pack and Game Edit
Thanks guys. It sparked my curiosity when I saw it and was wondering if it was a gp3 season 2000 style addon. I was wondering if it was like an unofficial title by Geoff or members of the gp2 team, although I think its more fan-based material. I don't think it's worth the money these days due to qua...

Re: Perfect Grand Prix Track Pack and Game Edit
Hi there I am looking at buying the perfect trackpack for gp2. Is it worth it Greyhead? or is it just some nostalgic thing 'that's nice to have'.

Re: GP2 CTD crash - full screen error.
Thanks for the reply. I haven't tried that idea but yes booting into dos mode does sound like it will work. Weird. I remember on our old Win95 pc it used to work no problems. Ahh the joy of troubleshooting with a 15 year old OS

GP2 CTD crash - full screen error.
Hi there. I have recently acquired a very old pc (16mb or ram, Pentium P51437/250A) and I have just installed a fresh copy of windows 95a on the machine. First things first, install gp2. Problem is, I get a crash to desktop with a quick white notepad-ish screen popping up. It says that gp2 must run ...

Belini 1999 on win7
I am sorry for creating a new thread but has anyone been able to install the belini 1999 mod on gp2 using win 7. I keep getting the problem because it was coded for older pcs to run with dos. I have tried running the separate .exe that it needs to execute by themselves using dosbox but it keeps comi...

Re: Gp2 special xp problem
Hi thanks for the quick reply. Yes i have looked in the readme. I have ran it in dosbox but you cannot choose an option. I think its one of the old dos programs that you used to run and then you chose an option then the program applies it and then closes. Dosbos only runs the program and then goes t...
