Re: New tracks for GP2 - Antonio Pessoa
By the way, any chance the track wizards can quickly put together a 1991 version of Magny Course? (by this I mean not doing everything accurately from scratch but just patch an existing version with the chicane after Adelaide) ie: Notice the desperation in this message  We (me and rremedio) we...

Re: Grand Prix World Series
I've spoken to Chris and he's happy for the track to be used, so here it is! DiBourjams.zip Thank you very much! I got some few laps minutes ago, it's a fantastic track! Congrats to Chris! Please, tell Chris to join our forum and our community. He has a great talent for GP2 trackmaking! And other m...

Re: Grand Prix World Series
Hey! Very interesting! Since few years ago, sometimes I can take a look on some videos of the races made and streamed by GPWS, Jake Sanson, and other streamers. I realize that the 8th round of the last season was held in a "Dijon-Bourgogne" fictional track. I searched on the GP2 tracks files data in...

Re: circuitos duvida ,Doubt circuits
Hi Brunao. Yes, you can use any circuit in any slot. There are few exceptions. In general, any circuit would open in any slot. However, performance can be different from one slot to the other, and some minor problems could emerge, like cc-cars having problems to join the pits, etc. You'll need to te...

I've never seen this livery for GP2.
An interesting idea for some GP2 car maker

Re: Pit stops in 50/100 race distance
I remember when, several years ago, I made the same for GP3 as I did for GP2: changing the number of laps and the Pit Strategy on a given GP3 track. If I'm not missing any memory, it worked well

Re: Pit stops in 50/100 race distance
Yes, I also made several shorter (33% or 25%) distance races on GP2 several years ago. And in order to make the cc-cars follow a due strategy, I changed the Pit Strategy on Track Editor, inserting data for the proper strategy for a given distance. For example, I shortened the distance for the Brazil...
Re: Kymiring?
Hi all Just wondering if any of our talented track makers are making or plan to make the new Kymiring in Finland? Looks like there's hardly any racing going on there so might be good to get it going in a virtual guise! I have no foreseeable plans for Kymi-Ring. Maybe in some years, but I don't know...

Re: LE MANS 1966
There was a GP2 league called "Formula GP2", which was active from 2001 to 2017. That league was great and It simulated Grand Prix seasons from 1935 to 2000. Le Mans from 1949 to early-1970s, Indianapolis in the 1960s. I had been part of the organization in the first few years. However, unfortunetel...

Re: New tracks & carsets - Michael82
I was missing a story from few days ago about my first lap into Michael's Suzuka 89: I installed Suzuka track and the 1989 Formula 1 carset uploaded by Michael here on the forum. Supreme carset! Supreme sounds! The track, so amazingly detailed! We can feel ouselves really into 1989 Japanese GP! I ch...

Re: New tracks for GP2 - Antonio Pessoa
Last week I was collecting old GP2 files on the external HD. I found some unfinished works of fictional GP2 tracks Like other fictional seasons made by Belini, John Edwards, Tim de Klein and, most recently, by Brendan McCalmont, I realize all my unfinished GP2 fictional works could set a ficional se...

Re: New tracks & carsets - Michael82
It would be so appropriate to have it released this weekend   Finally two weeks later ;) Enjoy! :D  Suzuka 1989, Japan GP2_Suzuka_1989.rar Congrats, Michael! Suzuka now has a real realistic version for GP2, which we can really feel driving a late 1980s or early 1990s F-1 car aroun...

Re: Fictional Zeltweg 2020
During the pandemic, I started an updating of Thomas Kost's version of 1977-87 Österreichring/Zeltweg/Spielberg. The same track layout, the same cc-line, basically the same scenery and buildings, sponsors... But my version is mostly with revised track heights, and some ribbons reworked, and few othe...
