IndyCar 2021 carset

by: eky78

This year Ive made 4 carsets, 2 for the road and street courses and 2 for the oval rounds.
Ive made only one livery for each of the drivers for a total of 28 liveries.
The carsets for the ovals have a new car number position that I wanted to try, while the liveries are the same.

All the cars are an adaptation from Orloffs work for GP3 (available at grandprixgames.com). He even made 2 bitmaps just for us to have this carset as in GP3 there are less cars in the carset. The base of the bitmaps is always the carset made by Greyhead in 2014. Some helmets (in particular those of ex F1 drivers) were made by TDK.
As always feel free to make comments, suggestions and contact me if you see some errors.

Carset A has the liveries of the best drivers for each team.
You have to use Greayheads carshape from 2014 as there isnt a current shape for Indycar yet.

About the calendar we have all the tracks in GP2 apart from the new street circuit of Nashville. In its place I would recomend to use the Baltimore Street Circuit which was made in recent years by Antonio.

The 2021 season has been one to remember for many reasons. Just to mention some:
- Alex Palou able to beat veterans of the series like Dixon and Newgarden to the title in only his second season in the series
- McLaren and Pato OWard making another step into the elite of the series by taking their first wins and by being able to fight for the title until the last race of the year
- Former F1 driver Romain Grosjean was impressive in his first season in the US and, although he didnt win any race, he delivered great results during the season
- but the 2021 seaosn will also be remembered for the incredible tribute given to Hlio Castroneves, after the Brazilian took a record-tying 4th win at the Greatest Spectacle in Racing, the Indy 500

I hope you can relive this great moments through this Gp2 carset!
