Hello.
I want to try my hand at creating real life tracks, are there tutorials or any advice to give a "newbie" to create tracks ect?
What programs should I use in order to create a track?
Apologies in advance if I've posted this in the wrong forum.
Any tutorials/programs in regards of creating tracks?

You can find the tutorials at http://grandprix2.de/Anleitung/tutus/tutus.htm
I'd start with the first four that appear on the table in the following order:
1 - The Guide to track editing
2 - The Guide To Pit Lane-Editing
3 - How To Make An Accurate Track
4 - cc-line (ideal line) editing
Then I would go to Object Editing:
1 - Export - import 3D Object
2 - 3D Object Editing for Beginners
Then, Scenery Editing
1 - GP2 Scenery Editing Tutorial
All the other tutorials are also useful, especially the Command Library.
http://www.waa63.ch/racesim/index.html also has a lot of good stuff, but you probably want to check that after the above ones.
