Usually you can on one computer. Or you can make online league which is another beer. But yes, it is possible - just run the game in DOSBOX.

Maximum number of computers online in GP2 is two. You need to use GP2Lap and DosBox to make an IPX connection between the two computers. That's why the "online" GP2 leagues rely on everyone making their laps or races offline and then comparing results at the given deadline.
