C@rt-man's Work in progress ...

Post by kimi_mp4-18 »

I'm working currently on Formula 3000 carsets ... here are the first cars available for the 1989 season : the Pacific Reynards 89-D with Mugen engines and drove by Eddie Irvine, J.J. Lehto and Allan McNish ...

More stuff is coming from these years ...

Hi! i,m a big fan of your carsets.

Are you planning to do a F3000 carset of 1992?

=> I have planned to make sets from 1988 (which is the hardest one) to 1991, but I have already started the 1992 one : all the in-game helmets are done (except two : Steve Robertson and Vittorio Zoboli). May be I need some pics for these drivers ...

=> I don't know yet. If I came back with F1 sets, it's only about 1990's sets. Let's finish with V12-Power our 1995' carset and updating the 1992 one.

And some others cars from the 1989' F3000 Season ... even if they're not really finished !

- Reynard 89D / Mugen "EJR" (Eddie Jordan Racing). #03. Martin Donnelly and #04. Jean Alesi. Another version is planned for swedish driver Rickard Rydell (who has replaced Alesi for the last race in Dijon).

- Reynard 89-D / Judd "First Racing" : #06. Marco Apicella and #07. Fabrizio Giovanardi.

Lamberto Leoni's First Racing has engaged three new Leyton March 89B cars with Judd engines. The main team was composed by Jean-Denis Deletraz and Marco Apicella. A second team (may be we call it "Junior Team" ?) was especially created for young italian driver Fabrizio Giovanardi. After a disapointing race at Silverstone, Leoni has decided to switch to Reynards. Here are Apicella and Giovanardi's ones. Deletraz one is currently in progress. Of course, I will paint the Leyton March cars ...

Well, great to have you back, the cars are great and the year was a really good choice, with great drivers and tracks! We have almost all tracks with good versions for GP2. Can't wait to see the full set =D>

Great return!!

Welcome back, Patrick!

Still today I remember about your CART website. The carsets, the tracks list. One of the best jobs for GP2 in the history!

I think he said he was only planning on doing a "final" carset at the end of the season, rather than updates after every couple of races like Tim and David did. I'm doing all the driver grip and stuff for it, which reminds me, I need to update it for Japan and Korea
