One of the best tracks I've seen for GP2 in my whole life!

I've downloaded this new 1985 Jacarepaguá track few days after the release here, but I wasn't able to login and post here (I forgot the password, now I'm remebering it after a little help from my friend rremedio)

Very realistic Jacarepaguá. Amazing, I felt like really driving a 1980s pre-season Formula 1 turbo-era testing in Jacarepaguá circuit, using a 1984 F1 carset.

Thanks, Michael!!

I used an onboard video of Senna in 1985. It was hard as always with GP2 but it is a good challenge to make it.
Thanks Antonio and a special thank for your fantastic new tracks!

Soon a new track...

to bad that historicaerials.com does not seem to have old aerial shots outside of the USA. I use that frequently on my ICR2 tracks.

Few years ago, I found some historical aerial photos from Japan, on a japanese geo website. That helps me to made an acurate Fuji 1980s track layout. As well, in Google Earth there are very old aerial photos from parts of UK, from the time of the WWII, which make posible, for example, to produce something with old Silverstone or even Brooklands. Around 10 years ago, Yahoo Maps has some very early-2000s aerial photos from several cities around the World. That was my only chance to get an aerial photo from old Shah Alam circuit (before the demolition in 2003). Those early-2000s Yahoo imagery are no more available. From the 1990s, there are aerials from few UK tracks on Google Earth, like Brands Hatch, from around 1990.
But, yes, from outside the U.S. there are few aerial photos from circuits from 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.

I used this picture for a more realistic track layout : https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fichier ... h_1987.jpg
Some countries have their own site. In France there is :
https://remonterletemps.ign.fr/ (you can find a lot of pictures between 1930's and today, I would like to make some french tracks as a new Magny-Cours of 1991 and after) and in Italy geoportale.it ( I found Monza and Imola dated of 1988 I used it for my tracks).
