Finally I´m very close to release my first IndyCar carset: the 2018 season.
The one that saw the rookie Wickens almost winning in his very first race in IndyCar after starting from Pole (let´s hope to see him back in the series!), Alex Rossi battling for the title after demonstrating all his abilities in all types of circuits, and Power dominating the month of May by winning both the Indy GP and the Indy 500.
I started this project last year but I didn´t touch it for many months, so again don´t look too much into the details
I started from Greyhead´s 2014 carset and, like for F1, I used Orloff´s works for GP3 as a reference. The carshape is also from the 2014 season (unfortunately we don´t have the current shape yet). I didn´t do all the liveries, as there are too many and I decided to do only one livery for each driver (all full season + a couple of part time entries).
Enjoy some photos for now. The release will follow soon...

Re: 2018 IndyCar carset
If you mean the carset, it was uploaded on the main website. You can download it here:
http://grandprix2.de/Carsets/IRL/2018_IndyCar.zip
For the carshape I am not able to edit it. I use a previous version made by Greyhead for the 2014 season. You can download it together with his 2014 carsets here http://grandprix2.de/Carsets/IRL/IndyCar-2014-pd.zip
Talking about IndyCar chassis, I am curious...do you think it could be possible to have a carshape with the new aeroscreen in GP2? A question for those who have familiarity with the Carshape Editor.

Re: 2018 IndyCar carset
I think no man... I expected the halo for F1 but I think it's impossible to make this in GP2eky78 wrote: ↑16.05.2021, 17:11If you mean the carset, it was uploaded on the main website. You can download it here:
