Nice... I suspected the car would gain some orange...

Now some certain German journalists will have a harder time "accidentally" confusing Midlands and McLaren, because they look "so similar"... :D

Nice job AD! I think there's not more possible, orange is the most difficult colour to handle in GP2 (sadly).
The Spyker itself looks really nice!

Yes, I'll upload it. Not now, because right now I'm going to get some sleep, but I hope later today. ;-)

This is September 20th, which happens to be the day of my 10 year anniversary with GP2, so I thought this was a fitting way to commemorate it... :)

(Also, think of the weeks it's going to take since the first attempt is going to reach the GP4 community... one thing I still *love* about GP2 is that it's so easy to edit... a new car debuts in the real world, and hours later, you can already have it ready and in the game... where else would that be possible?)

Good catch...

It's part of a project that I've started to do some scratch work for... right now, I want to concentrate on "finishing" GPRL... after the real-life season is over, I'm thinking about doing a full carset of this stuff...

This is actually just a concept, and I thought it looked cool as an avatar... 8)

If I see this car in TV (on RTL) I everytime see a orange-red car and not a orange car like on the pic abouve. It's like the colour on AD's helmet in the scr... Strange or?

The color might look different because out on the track, there is only natural light... the picture first posted in this thread was obviously a promotional shot done inside a studio... if you're taking a look at photos from the McLaren, the red of the front and rear wing also differs depending on lighting (and how the photographer set up his camera). It's possible the specific color they chose could look different on TV than in "reality"... Jordan and Jaguar have had similar issues with their liveries, as far as I recall...

Now, the GP2 adaption of the car most certainly does not use the exact tone of orange on the real Spyker, because getting orange to look orange in game is a pain in the . . . ;-)
