Is Gp2 able to be ported to this new console? Dosbox turbo will be able to be used, I guess.

GP2 cannot be ported to any device or OS, but any system capable of properly emulating DOS/Windows should be able to run it. So if DosBox 0.74 is available, GP2 also is. To the game be playable, the device need to have enough processing/graphic power though. Ouya specs from the wikipedia say 1.7ghz quad core (Tegra 3) with 1gb ram memory. I'm not sure, but I believe it's enough to run GP2 (probably not with full graphics).

I have to say that I like this console idea a lot. Sad that they are going for the crappy gamepad design of modern videogames...

It sounds like you can use a Bluetooth keyboard with the ouya. I'll give a follow up on sideloading it
