How do you use this?

I have downloaded it a couple of times, and have no idea what to do with it!! Want to make some really cool racing videos with an editor I have, that has commentary and everything. Thought it would be cool for the website.

Record/Play and Save/Load a whole race! (within the game) .
The result is a very long SAVEGAME, a max. 2 hours REPLAY.
You can watch the replay of a whole race inside GP2.

You can't make avi or mpg videos with GP2 Video.

How do I load it up using GP2Lap, and where do I go to use record/play/save?

And what type of videos are they if not avi or mpg?

None type of video.
You know, my english is incomplete. I'm trying to find the right words.
GP2 Video can not create video files.
You can use GP2 Video like a ingame video recorder.
It's like a hotlap which you can save and load inside the game.
GP2 Video enlarged the ingame replay functions.
You need GP2 to watch your race saved with GP2 Video.
It's not possible to convert this "video" to any typ of video file.

- To run Gp2Video with Gp2Lap rename gp2v.exe as gp2.exe (save your
original gp2.exe first!).

How have you made videos that you can post on the website??? That's the kind of video I want to make!!

Sadly i can't watch AAS his Gp2 video's anymore on my pc! I've installed a new version of the player, but that doesn't work...

I fixed the bug, and can watch videos now! I still can't believe how beatiful it looks! Great job, and again a big thanks Andreas! =D> =D>

GP2video doesnt work and our GPWL-Season is beginning this weekend!

I think its because i've the german version of the game (its written in the readme, that it only works with the english version). Can someone help me?
I cant contact Rafa who programmed it 10 years ago. Maybe someone can look inside, its only visual+, and update the tool.

Or can someone help me to get an english version of the game. Maybe it's enough to copy and paste the gp2.exe of an english version to make it work.

There are 2 versions, the older one (this one) switches your GP2.exe to an english version! I also use it, due I prefer the english one despite my native language is german
