I don't want to say it's impossible, but all you'd probably get is a "static" motorcycle, because unlike a MotoGP simulation, I think GP2 will not be able to simulate a motorcylce and its driver leaning into a corner...
On a side note, in that screenshot, somehow the scales look funny to me. The guy in the background seems as big as the truck...

It's not absolutely impossible but like AD said it would be very static. The only thing that moves is the helmet, but if you take it you will have only very few pixels to work with.
