So, has anyone of you bought the license for rFactor 2? I did, and my first impressions are, that it is defnitly better than rFactor and a huge improvement. I like the weather system and it is worth every single cent.

Need to upgrade my PC. I love rFactor and the new features sound great.

I finally got a screenshot did by myself.
I'm very impressed of the weathermodell which is built in the game. You can simply "build" your own weather for every season. The only thing I'm not happy with is the progressing of the track while the weather changes. Otherwise, the weather's very great.

Here you can see me, standing in the grid of Monza with a 2013 Ferrari while the track is wet. And believe me - it's hard to handle a F1 car in rFactor 2 while it's wet - it's like driving on ice.

rF2 is making solid progress even in terms of perfomance. The latest version works better on my old hardware than one of the early builds. But anyway for me rFactor 1 is still the better choice.

I'm still waiting for the first classic season. I've got the classic McLarens from 1993 and 1994. But I agree. rFactor is the better choice at the moment.

And I found a classic season! In this case the 1992 carset. Took a longer search but on drivingitalia.net they've got it.
