Hey guys,

I'm getting sick and tired of all these rubbish podcasts where people claim to be experts on F1. WE are the real experts, the true fans.

Thats why I'm starting a new one: Pole Position.

Our voice is to be heard. So can I ask you to give me your views and thoughts about F1? What's on your mind right now and I'll discuss it on my show. Let me know on this thread and together we can make a proper F1 podcast that actually makes sense.

I actually have a few titles in mind:

Pole Position
Parc Ferme
SlipStream
Stop and Go
Downforce
Oversteer
Powerslide

And I'll be discussing these topics:

F1 News and Race Results
Driver Profile (I study one F1 driver past or present hopefully selected by you)
Team Profile (I study one F1 team past or present hopefully selected by you)
Talking Point (an issue in F1 at the moment to discuss in detail)
Great Race (I remember one of F1's greatest races, hopefully chosen by you)
Lost Legends (I pay tribute to one of the men no longer with us in F1 hopefully chosen by you)

Here will be my first show topics to give you an idea of how it will work:

F1 News and Round up of season so far
Driver Profile: Jean Alesi
Team Profile: Super Aguri
Talking point: Michael Schumacher's comeback
Grear race: Belgium 1998
Lost Legends: Tom Pryce

Please let me know what you think and if you'd like to make an active contribution you are welcome to do so.

I see you've mentioned Tom Pryce there. Drifting slightly from the topic, have you ever read "The Lost Generation" (the author's name escapes me), about Tom Pryce, Tony Brise and Roger Williamson?

It's on my Amazon wishlist!

I'm visiting Rhuthin next week and calling some people in order to do some proper research on it.
