I don't understand why the latest last-lap overtaking maneuvers by Kvyat were penalized.
I do them all the time in GP2, especially the one over Perez in Austin, and I never get penalized.

Many would say that overtaking on the inside of Bico de Pato in Interlagos is something we can do in GP2 only because the cc-line allows it.
But none other than the Hexa-champion, Lewis Hamilton, considered that it was possible to do it in real-life.

HAHA let me say you something witch i notice also.. for same reason it is easier to pass in gp4 in this spot than in gp2. Also this spot is an overtaking spot also in f1 2019. in general this is an overtaking spot but you have to be a lot closer to the rival car than hamilton was in this occasion
