Sorry perhaps my explaination wasn't complet. Go to menu "main" in dosbox svn. Then, you go to Quick launch and you search gp2 no cd on gp2 folder.

I think I am doing it wrong. I do appreciate your patience

I'll write step-by-step of what I am doing.

1. I am loading Dos Box Svn
2. I am going to "Main" and then clicking "Quick Launcher"
3. I am then going to C > Programme Files > Grand Prix 2
4. I am then double clicking GP2NOCD

Nothing is happening once I double click this, I just return to the Dos Box screen

This is how gp2nocd.exe works under Vista
Start GP2NOCD.EXE by clicking twice. A black window will open and
--- disappear immediately. However, GP2NOCD.EXE has done its job.
Did you start the game without CD?
Perhaps your GP2.exe IS patched now.

Nah it definitely is not patched. I bought the game from oldgames.com so don't have a CD (that was lost a long time ago if that helps?)

That Dos Box appears to be working but whenever I select No CD Patch in my GP2 folder I get this message:

GP2.EXE : US English Version 1.0b
Couldn't Open GP2.EXE for Update!

Failed to Apply No CD Patch!

I've sent your gp2.exe with updated championship points.

You bought the game from oldgames.com so you don't have a CD.
The game works fine, without CD.
Your .exe works fine with my GP2. (without nocd patch)

Your GP2.exe IS nocd-patched!
Forget the discussion about the nocd patch.

Do I understand correctly?
You can start the game by double clicking the Gp2.exe?
You can start gp2edit?
You can open the "Championship point editor" in gp2edit?

What happens when you click the "Export" Button in the "Championship point editor"?
