Re: Graphic Failure
This problem becomed after my attempt to change carshape distance with WinGP2Lap.
In original GP2 there isn't this problem.

Re: Graphic Failure
What values are you using for carshape distance? I never use WinGP2Lap, I rather ecit gp2lap.cfg as it is more complete.
Re: Graphic Failure
Looks to me like the rcrjams are kicking in.
As Rremedio says, edit the gp2lap.cfg file (open it with Notepad). It should be located in the GP2 folder. When you've opened it, scroll towards the bottom and there should be a section labelled [Rcr]. Set every value after the = sign to 200000 or something and that should solve it.

Re: Graphic Failure
When you have gp2lap installed, then must be a GP2LAP.CFG in your GP2 folder.Mad_Troyden wrote:I haven't gp2lap.cfg .How can I change carshape distance?

Changing the carshape distance should work with WinGP2Lap.
Alternatively your can try this:

Re: Graphic Failure
Sorry for the bump, but I have the same problem. Even if I change the rcr-distance in GP2LAP.CFG to 200000, no matter whether I put 60000 or 200000 or whatever, the rcr jams keep popping up at about the same distance. Is there a maximum for this? Or are some tracks just too big? I also edit the hexadecimal numbers, so that can't be the problem.
Please help!!
EDIT: Nevermind, it works! I just realize you should delete the ; at the beginning of the lines as well in the [rcr] section, and that it's not necessary to change the hexadecimal numbers. The tutorial could do with some updating, it's not entirely clear as it is.
