GP2-manual: I also don`t know if someone has scanned it already
GP2-Box: I don`t know if I still have it, let`s see. But it would be the european/german one
Gp2-Cover: There was no cover included in the european version

Really, I didn`t recognize that.

I have the original retail version with printed booklet, a pdf is more likely to be included in budget-versions without booklet, but I`ll take a look at it again
