An unfortunate race for Ferrari. Prost could fight for the victory, being also Senna out for technical failure, but his engine did not agree with that. Patrese caught some points, and that's good, let's see on the long period his performances.
Lotus is... well, just behind. Hill surprisingly DNQ, Bartels just did his job, but to be honest the car is not exactly a rocket.

Fondmetal once more didn`t make it into the final qualification round, but due the gap was not too big it might work next race. Amati is really not amused about the slow and lowgrip car.

Coloni arrived with a new Chassis by Nick Wirth and still was last. The risc in taking an untested chassis did not help this time but the crew will work hard for some further improvements

Ferrari too slow to beat McLaren or Williams (Mansell could just be beaten having a spin and an extra-pitstop for electrical problems)
But finishing Second anyway


Barilla too slow - Martini out - unlucky one for Minardi again


Grouillard unbelievable fast in the new Ligier JS35C but engine stops all hopes for a podium
Johansson simply not competitive

AGS qualified once again with Bernard, but out running far away from points

Lotus first time with Hill qualified - out close to finish running in 10th!

Jordan simply too unreliable to score something
