New f1 tracks 2008

Post by ApoJapo »

I'm really looking forward to some new tracks like Valencia and Singapore. Some people already working on it?

Thanks.

Great news TDK. I love your tracks and also loved your carsets in gp3.

Some tracks are really cool but sometimes the difficulty is to high or to low. I cant find a track for Istanbull which is less difficult than they are now. The tracks for Barcelona are all to easy. I hope this track will be very balanced like Sepang or China.

WOW! How did you get the bridge like that.... I'm a great "noob" at objects, the only thing i don't get
to work within gp2.... Maybe i should work on that... :D

The right side was simple to build.

I changed only some points and scales.
The finished object looks good in the game.

For the left side I wanted to use the same objects.
You know, it's not possible to place two objects at the same position.
I shifted the Objecte over its axle center.
That was simple with the first object. (The diagonal)
With the second object it did not work.
There is a visible bug.

 Amazing

You can place the left side 1 offset earlier. Maybe than there will be no visual bug, only the
bridge is not symmetrical... :-k

To place an object at the same offset you may change all its x or y values (depending on the rotation) adding 1024 (1024=1 track unit) to it. So you may use the second object at 1 offset ahead or bakwards. I did it in my Leipzig track to attach the flags to the light poles (or luminaires, I don't know how to speak correctly).
