Golden Gate by Mati Laitainen fix update

Hi.
This is a fix of the Golden Gate track by Mati Laitainen. It fixes a major issue where the cars time out the brakes wrong resulting in massives DNFs.
Just rename it whatever you want and you are ready to go, as long as you have the original jams. I worked with it in the slot 15 so it may have unwanted results on other slots.
EDIT: Now includes a gp2form file, for newbies at GP2
