GP2 packages?

Does anyone remember or have any info on the GP2 season packages?

I.e. the addons that completely convert GP2 from the original game to new series or seasons. I'm looking for two in particular.

1. A 1999 or 2000 (I think?) CART addon that came with track maps, I can't remember where I downloaded it or what it was called, but it had everything ready to be slotted into a GP2 install

2. Does anyone have an early 1990s GP2 season package? I've been lurking and saw the 1991 package but the DL link is down so what's the tatus on that, is it down for a reason or what?

Found this link on the 1999 season by somebody called Stefano Karapetsas. Not sure whether it's any good but maybe worth a look.
On left side go to the link for other and the 1999 link should be there. For how long?

If you are interested in CART I would suggest checking out ICR2.
