Well, I've found a bug. Don't use value 10 (you may use 9 or 11) for any factor please. It will be fixed till monday.

Re: March 761B - 1977 F1 carset - Texture Mapping
Some news... The 77 carset didn't evolve yet, mainly becouse I haven't time to make the shape 2 (I'm making these shapes from stretch). On the other hand, the 78 carset, which uses shapes based on the FGP2 shapes is finished. At least the shapes and liveries. Now I'll tune the data and the tracks. I...

Re: Magic Data Editor
does the magic data editor changes values in Gp2.exe or in a F1ct**.dat track file??? exe Yes, I didn't notice the question  It changes the .exe. I've done more tests and there are really small differences between slots, even with the same data. As I can't update the editor for now (Visual C+...

Re: CC Line probs with Street tracks...
Open the tracks in the Track Editor and try this: In the Track Tree (left panel), open Track Config -> Various Data Blocks
Our value is Unknown Various Data [8]. Try a small value, like 20.

Re: Magic Data Editor
The editor runs in XP and Vista. But there are some dependencies needed (see AAS's downloads page). I think next version will run in win98 as well. I hope, at least.

Re: Magic Data Editor
I did tests in slots 1 and 2 and it worked properly. I don't know what's happening in your gp2. If you want, you may zip you gp2.exe and send it to me. About Unknown 19, you did a great service to all gp2 community. I've just checked it and it don't work in all slots with the editor becouse the edit...

Re: Magic Data Editor
Interesting.
It may be a bug in the editor, or a special slot 1 property. I'll check out next week (can't do it now).

Re: Problem with GP2LAP.CFG
You need to have IPX enabled in your conection. I guess you can enable it in Control Panel - Network Conections. Choose your conection and click in Properties, then Install.

Re: Just how good is Button?
Button is a good driver, but is overhated. you mean "over rated " :-k Yeah, there are overHated drivers in F1, but Button is not one of them. I think I agree with FK about Button. He's not one of the top, but he's a good driver and can win races or even a championship with the right conditions.
