Drawing for GP2 is a very nice way to spend your time, but if you have very little time available, I can understand it can be frustrating. Some of the new cars took 10 hours to draw (just from my side), than add the time that Tim has used to complete them and you can understand it's pretty time cons...

Just wanted to let everybody know that the next (double edition) carset will be better, more accurate than the first.
I didn't have time to make everything right for the first set, so now I've tried to make up for it.

I remember the Sauber from 1993, it looked pretty much the same.

But something says me these guys from HRT are really a bunch of amateurs, look at the front tyre and the marked arrows' on it by Bridgestone, they don't put those things on it for nothing.....

The carset will be finished after the first Grand Prix, untill then we'll only release the single cars, like last year. Both the Virgin and Lotus are very much under construction, all other cars are all nearly finished. :-" Only the Ferrari and McLaren are up for release soon, as far as I know. :-$

Since nobody seems interested, I've ditched this project.

They said the same thing about the sponsors this year and what happened: only a hand full of sponsors and all 1 race deals. I don't see it happening what you're saying Gabriele, neither the extra support from Stuttgart. They'll have to find another gimmick to be as good as this year, if they can do ...

That's news you get a smile from and keeps you on track to keep improving the work.
(You'll see what I mean in the next carset, excellent job on Tim's behalf. )

My technique to make the cars and aero-parts is just to draw what I see in the pictures pixel by pixel.
Tim "smoothes" it out where needed and puts the logos on. =D>
That's how we work, at least.
